Market leaders in regenerative development

Regenerative development focuses on revitalising natural and human systems to enhance the resilience and health of both. Our planet positive framework surpasses all existing standards for the best way to build:

Our philosophy
  • Whole life carbon emissions

    Whole life carbon emissions

Our carbon negative neighbourhoods go beyond net zero carbon, storing more carbon in their materials and landscaping than they emit over their lifetime.

    Whole life carbon emissions

  • Waste management

    Waste management

We deliver projects with zero waste (excluding hazardous materials) where every usable material is repurposed, no skips are used, and new materials are carefully sourced to eliminate waste.

  • Energy consumption and generation

    Energy consumption and generation

Through integrated photovoltaic (PV) panels, heat pumps and leading fabric efficiency, our low energy homes guarantee zero energy bills through our partnership with Octopus Energy.

  • Climate resilience

    Climate resilience

As outside temperatures rise, our homes are designed to remain cool, surpassing Part O overheating regulations for future homes. Our landscape design integrates drought resistant native planting, water preservation systems and mature planting to create shading for increasingly hotter periods.

    Climate resilience

  • Biodiversity

    Biodiversity

We target at least 20% biodiversity net gain on all sites, plant two mature trees per home, and embed edible landscapes, orchards, and communal gardens into public spaces to create self-sustainable landscapes.

    Biodiversity

  • Water management

    Water management

Our homes target <75 litres of potable water per person per day through a number of water saving features. For external water management we aim to reduce irrigation through rain gardens, native planting and natural water retention design.

  • Durability and quality

    Durability and quality

Our homes are designed to optimise natural light, insulation and airflow, creating peaceful havens with high quality fittings and low maintenance, non toxic materials. We carefully specify materials that are easy to repair and last the test of time.

    Durability and quality

  • Community resilience and wellbeing

    Community resilience and wellbeing

We foster strong communities through thoughtful masterplanning, community gardens, EV car and bike clubs, DIY centres, fitness spaces, edible landscapes, and vibrant outdoor areas for all residents.
