This is a fantastic achievement for us, as such recognition reflects our commitment to building neighbourhoods that put people and planet first, from low-carbon design and future-ready energy strategies to creating places with genuine long-term value. 

With a pipeline of around 2,000 more homes to be delivered, this award is a reflection of what happens when you refuse to compromise on sustainability, design and quality. 

We didn’t set out to follow the industry standards, we set out to exceed it. Carpenters Yard in Epping Forest is the UK’s largest fully renewable Zero Bills microgrid community and all our homes exceed Future Homes Standards while reusing or recycling 100% of non-contaminated construction waste.
