Something special is taking shape at Medburn Yard, Radlett. Works have officially started on site for our new forthcoming scheme.

The project will include the restoration of three Grade II * listed barns, which will be carefully brought back into use as part of the development.

In partnership with @communitywoodrecycling, 4.7 tonnes of wood have already been removed from site and repurposed - processed into woodchip for local DIY use or made into products such as bird boxes and furniture for the community.

It’s a considered approach from day one and an important step in how we deliver our schemes.
