Since our inception in 2015, gs8 has established itself as the UK’s market leader in the delivery of sustainable, design-led housing. Our focus is on building homes that offer more than just a private space enclosed by four walls. We set out to create communities and a sense of lifestyle; homes with not only unique and interesting designs but also exceptional finishing and aftercare which uphold our sustainability credentials.
In 2024, we won three RIBA awards for our outstanding design and sustainability achievements. In the same year we were selected as a development partner by the Crown Estate for an exemplar net zero pilot scheme and in 2025 we were awarded the Product & Innovation of the Year Award by Octopus Energy.
